Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a coordination bridge between technical teams (Engineering, QA, Product) and business teams (Sales, Operations, HR).
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups across departments to avoid bottlenecks.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Project & Task Management
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of internal projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, status updates, and reports for management.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; proactively suggest solutions.
IT & Technical Understanding
- Understand software development workflows, tools, and terminology to effectively coordinate with technical teams.
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into actionable tasks.
- Support product, tech, or operational initiatives as required.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for senior management.
- Analyze data related to operations, project progress, or performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation and reporting.
Operations & Business Support
- Assist leadership with operational execution, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks requiring quick turnaround and ownership.
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a cross-functional, project coordination, operations, or tech-support role.
- Strong understanding of IT / software development environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
