job summary: Our client is looking for a support specialist to join their team. They are responsible for managing the security and lifecycle for Windows and Mac devices. You will bridge the gap between engineering and end-users, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified and remediated to maintain a high security posture.

responsibilities:

• Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls received to the Capital One Service Desk
• Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities
• Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution
• Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents for end users
• Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience 1 + year of equivalent Mac support experience 1+ years of equivalent Windows OS support experience 2+ years of end-user support experience 1+ years experience with ServiceNow 1+ years of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust)
