Job description

Position Highlights:

We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Technical Service Advisor. Are you passionate about speaking with medical professionals, and building consultative relationships? As a key player in our Technical Service department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for driving business and providing world class service to our growing base of customer/house accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the ultimate point of contact for inbound support tickets related to product line.

- Function as the technical bridge between customers and the laboratory, converting doctor feedback into digital design specifications for ongoing orders.

- Engage with doctors via telephone and message to address inquiries and deliver technical customer support.

- Maintain regular communication with doctors, acting as their primary contact for treatment planning discussions, responding to case questions, and providing detailed clarification on complex orders.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume laboratory setting.

- Prior experience in a customer service role within a laboratory environment.

- Proficient understanding of dental implant systems and digital elements (e.g., scan bodies).

- Customer-centric focus, able to engage with doctors on live discussion, assisting with questions and troubleshooting issues to ensure the best customer experience.

- Empathetic nature, capable of relating well to others and comprehending customer pain points.

- Proficient computer skills.

- Ability to solve problems independently.

- Eager to work for a rapidly growing company.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Skilled at engaging effectively with professionals at all levels.

- Strong ability to build consultative relationships.

- A sincere passion for connecting with clients and addressing their specific needs.

- Additional experience in dental customer success or laboratory work is a plus.

- CDT certification is preferred but not mandatory.
