• Ensure all baked items meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and texture.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines and best practices for food handling to ensure a safe working environment.
• Package finished products attractively for display or sale, ensuring freshness and quality are preserved.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.
