Job Title: Crusher & Bunker Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise crusher and bunker operations on a daily basis.
• Ensure smooth production and proper material handling as per requirements.
• Monitor crusher plant performance, output quality, and efficiency.
• Plan and control raw material feeding, stock levels, and bunker management.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain production reports, shift logs, and operational records.
• Manage manpower, duty schedules, and operator performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain continuous workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mining, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in crusher plant and bunker operations.
• Strong knowledge of crusher machinery, material flow, and safety practices.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently and handle site operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,253.52 - ₹35,000.00 per month
