Crypto Collaboration Expert

The BranPac is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Collaborations Expert to strategically identify, secure, and manage impactful partnerships and collaborations that will amplify our reach, enhance our content, and drive growth within the dynamic cryptocurrency and Web3 space. You will be the driving force behind forging mutually beneficial relationships with other influencers, projects, brands, and organizations. This role requires a strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic Identification of Collaboration Opportunities:

Research and identify potential collaboration partners (influencers, crypto projects, Web3 companies, media outlets, etc.) that align with the influencer's brand, audience, and content pillars.

· Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential collaborators through various channels (email, social media, industry events). Build rapport and present compelling collaboration proposals.

· Negotiation and Agreement Finalization: Clearly articulate collaboration terms, negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation (if applicable), and ensure all agreements are documented effectively.

· Collaboration Project Management: Oversee the execution of collaborations, ensuring all parties fulfill their agreed-upon responsibilities and that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This may involve coordinating content creation, cross-promotion, and joint events.

· Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of collaborations, tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, conversions) to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

· Maintaining and Expanding Network: Continuously nurture existing relationships and actively seek out new collaboration opportunities to expand the influencer's network within the crypto, Web3 and Telegram communities and ecosystem partners.

· Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, emerging projects, and key players within the cryptocurrency and Web3 space to identify relevant collaboration prospects.

· Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on collaboration progress, performance, and potential opportunities to the influencer and relevant team members.

· Telegram & Ecosystem Management:
Manage and optimize Telegram (TV) operations with seamless integrations across Fragment and Sumsub for auctions, KYC, and collaboration workflows.

· Telegram Funds Management:
Oversee the secure management, monitoring, and reconciliation of Telegram-based crypto funds, ensuring full transparency, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in partnership management, influencer marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem, including key players, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Established network within the crypto/Web3 space is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation processes, and performance analytics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency and Web3 space and a genuine interest in the influencer's content.
