CS Account Manager

Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager JobWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensure high levels of satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to enhance client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting client relationships
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, support) to ensure timely service delivery
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates/reports to clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle contract renewals and service agreements
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
