We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients throughout their travel journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional travel advice and destination recommendations based on clients' preferences and needs.
• Assist customers in planning travel itineraries and creating travel packages that align with their budgets.
• Research and secure the best available rates for flights, hotels, transportation, dining, and travel activities.
• Educate clients on travel requirements, safety guidelines, and destination-specific information.
• Advise customers on required travel documents, visas, and vaccination requirements.
• Confirm travel bookings and assist with itinerary changes or special requests.
• Resolve travel-related issues efficiently, including flight cancellations, hotel booking concerns, and other unexpected travel disruptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
