Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Experience:- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international clients
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer inquiries (email, chat, calls) from international clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal)
- Track and update customer interactions in the system (CRM/ERP)
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure all queries are responded to within defined service timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
