CS Executive - International Brand

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Experience:- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international clients

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer inquiries (email, chat, calls) from international clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Track and update customer interactions in the system (CRM/ERP)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure all queries are responded to within defined service timelines
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
