Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve the overall sales targets across all branches.
- Distribute daily leads fairly among sales executives and monitor individual performance.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement offers and promotions to drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate campaigns that enhance both the number and quality of leads.
- Generate and submit daily sales reports to track performance and progress toward targets.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure the team consistently meets objectives.

- Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and other departments.
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing daily sales reports.
