Job Responsibilities :

To facilitate and support business head in achieving organizational goal/target through effective planning and implementation of Admin services so as to ensure high employee engagement resulting in higher productivity

Ensure End to End services in Estate/Township and Plant Premises pertaining to Facility Administration

Facilitate continuous infrastructure improvement, maintenance and upkeep of Township and Plant Premises to enhance the quality of life of employees and their families

Providing support in implementation of CSR activities around site by continuously supporting various Clubs, schools and trusts
-
Ensure end to end support during the Plant Turn Around and Shut Down

Ensure smooth functioning of Guest Houses at Township and smooth operations of Industrial Canteen
-
Ensure end to end delivery of all Corporate services activities in the Plant premises and Township
-
Addressing the grievances of employees related to services in Plant and Township
-
Coordinate and support Corporate Affairs team for issues related to near-by villages
-
End to end support to the team for new facility construction projects with respect to Facility Operations and Policy design
Education Requirement :
-
Degree of Post Graduate in facility management/any other discipline from a reputed Institute/University
Experience Requirement :
-
15-23 years of work experience in facility management and general administration
