ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Serve as advisor to CSBB Leadership in interpreting and understanding the teams’ respective organizational health and teammate experience survey results and develop actionable plans to address areas of opportunity to improve the teammate experience, with KPIs of improved engagement scores and teammate retention.
2. Create a framework/program to be utilized by leaders across CSBB to implement communication and action planning at lower levels across CSBB.
3. Serve as a credible and trusted strategic partner to CSBB leaders by adding value at each interaction, demonstrating a commitment to the teams’ success, providing an objective and independent perspective, and emphasizing inclusion and consensus-building through the Purpose, Mission, and Values of Truist.
4. Demonstrate the strategic thinking, leadership, knowledge, and execution skills necessary to deliver high impact results through purpose and culture engagements across CSBB (e.g. BRG events, on-site teammate activities, town halls).
5. Partner with CSBB Leadership and Human Capital teams to better understand, monitor and impact teammate experience and retention.
6. Provide guidance and advice to teammate leaders of peer-built advisory or engagement groups, which in-turn work to improve teammate experiences across their respective businesses.
7. Serve as a conduit to resources for leaders to utilize to improve overall purpose and culture alignment when opportunities arise or are apparent, by engaging experts across from various COEs (e.g. Rewards and Recognition, Talent).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, organization health, or related field
3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels, achieve goals and create influence without authority.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently and to work well in cross-functional teams
5. Proven track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting, and achieving challenging goals
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree with business, communications, or management focus
2. Executive coaching and consultation or related experience preferred
3. Experience in or deep understanding of assigned business unit/function partners
4. Graduate of the Truist Leadership Development Program, Banking School or external banking degree program
5. Experience in previous leadership/high impact decision and/or key influencer roles
