CSD Engineer

Requirements and Qualifications:-

• Diploma/ITI/BE/B Tech – Electrical/ / Electronic
• Min experience required – 0 to 2 years.
• Freshers are welcome!
• Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations across India.
• Good communication skill.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :-

• Perform servicing, testing, and repairing of products
• Attend service calls at customer sites, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of service reports, call logs, and feedback forms.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for complex troubleshooting.
• Handle service inventory, tools, and calibration equipment responsibly.
