CSM (Upseller / Account Manager)

Role Overview:

As the Client Success Manager, you will talk to our clients regularly and make sure they are happy with our work, You will work closely with the operations manager and quality checker to fix any problems quickly and keep everything running smoothly

You will be the face of Addx for assigned clients.

Your job: keep clients happy, keep projects moving, and grow accounts.

Daily you’ll: send short updates, record quick Looms (check-ins, ideas, opportunities), log everything in the CRM, and push work across the line with the internal team.

Salary

Base: 50,000 PKR / month

Bonuses: performance-based (upsells closed, retention, deadlines hit, CSAT, systems built). See KPI section below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients often and clearly to keep them updated and Satisfied
• Work with the operations manager and head of content to solve any issues
• Client Updates: Send quick daily updates (message or Loom) to clients about what’s done, what’s next, or if anything’s delayed.
• Upselling: Find smart upsell opportunities. Record a 1-minute Loom showing what else we can help them with and why it matters.
• Relationship Management: Build trust with clients. Be friendly, clear, and quick with responses.
• Project Progress: Make sure projects are always moving. Push the internal team if something is stuck.
• CRM Tracking: Add every update, Loom, and upsell attempt into our CRM.
• Automation & Ideas: If you see any process that can be automated or improved, take the lead to fix or automate it.

What Success Looks Like

• Clients are always updated and never confused.
• You bring in at least 1–2 new upsells per month.
• Projects under you never go silent or get delayed without a reason.
• The CRM is clean — every client has notes, Looms, and progress logged. on upsells
• You find small automations or systems that save us time.
