Job Title: Customer Support Officer (CSO) – GPS & TelematicsJob Summary

The Customer Support Officer (CSO) is responsible for providing technical and operational support for GPS tracking and telematics solutions. The role involves monitoring vehicle data, assisting customers with system usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate reporting and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor GPS tracking systems and telematics dashboards in real time
  • Provide customer support for GPS devices, software platforms, and mobile applications
  • Troubleshoot issues related to GPS tracking, connectivity, sensors, and vehicle data
  • Assist customers with installation guidance, configuration, and system usage
  • Generate and explain reports (fuel usage, route history, speed, idling, alerts, etc.)
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with technical teams for device repairs, replacements, or escalations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and system issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and data accuracy standards
  • Support fleet operations by responding to alerts (geofencing, overspeed, panic, etc.)

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and telematics solutions
  • Understanding of vehicle data (speed, fuel, mileage, engine status, CAN data, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GPS devices, SIM connectivity, and tracking software
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to interpret data and prepare reports
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
