- Handle inbound calls and emails from US customers, providing calm, clear, and effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, log detailed tickets in our CRM, and follow through to resolution.
- Participate in coaching and quality sessions to continuously improve your skills.

- Base Salary: PKR 35,000 - 45,000 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to PKR 15,000 - 25,000+ monthly based on customer satisfaction & quality.
- Typical Take-Home for Reliable Performers: PKR 50,000 - 65,000+ per month.
