Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
- Handle embroidery digitizing and vector conversion order communications.
- Follow up with customers regarding revisions, approvals, and order updates.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with international clients.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update order statuses.
- Guide customers about services, pricing, turnaround time, and file formats.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of embroidery digitizing or graphic design is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good typing speed and computer skills.
- Experience with customer support, sales support, or virtual assistance preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems or support tools.
- Knowledge of embroidery file formats like DST, PES, EMB, etc.
- Familiarity with social media communication.
