Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
  • Handle embroidery digitizing and vector conversion order communications.
  • Follow up with customers regarding revisions, approvals, and order updates.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with international clients.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update order statuses.
  • Guide customers about services, pricing, turnaround time, and file formats.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of embroidery digitizing or graphic design is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good typing speed and computer skills.
  • Experience with customer support, sales support, or virtual assistance preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations professionally.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems or support tools.
  • Knowledge of embroidery file formats like DST, PES, EMB, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media communication.
