  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B clients.
  • Manage customer queries, issues, and service requests professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide product/service information and assist clients with order processing.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain service-level standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience as CSR, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
