- Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B clients.
- Manage customer queries, issues, and service requests professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide product/service information and assist clients with order processing.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain service-level standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience as CSR, preferably in B2B.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
