CSR CALL CENTER AGENT

Job Description:
CALLSTONES LLP is hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for a Home Security Lead Generation campaign. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, introducing home security products, and qualifying interested prospects for live transfer to the closing agent.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive, and experienced in generating qualified leads within home security or similar campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided dialer and data
  • Introduce and explain home security products and benefits
  • Build interest and handle basic objections professionally
  • Qualify customers based on campaign criteria
  • Transfer interested and qualified prospects to the sales/closing agent
  • Maintain accurate call notes and follow campaign guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Home Security campaigns (ADT, Vivint, etc.) preferred
  • Strong English communication and convincing skills
  • Experience with VICIdial or similar dialers is a plus
  • Ability to meet daily lead/transfer targets
  • Comfortable working night shift (US time zone)
  • Good internet connection and professional attitude
