Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSR cum Admission Officer to handle student inquiries, manage admissions, and contribute to sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments while ensuring a smooth and professional admission process.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (CSR)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide complete and accurate information about courses and services
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
- Resolve queries and complaints effectively
Admissions & Sales
- Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and fee structures
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with potential students to ensure conversion
- Maintain and update student data in CRM/system
- Support in achieving branch sales and revenue targets
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of students
- Assist in organizing demos, seminars, and promotional activities
- Maintain admission records and documentation
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to admissions and inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer dealing
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in education/training sector
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
