Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Customer Sales Representative with experience in packaging, printing, or B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding custom packaging requirements, and providing end-to-end sales support. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Present packaging solutions tailored to client needs, including materials (Kraft, Corrugated, Rigid, etc.), printing (offset, digital, screen), and finishing (lamination, embossing, foiling, etc.).
• Prepare and send customized quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, including pipeline and forecast updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in custom packaging, printing, or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, box styles, and finishing techniques is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
