The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, etc.)</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends</li><li>Present company services/products to prospective clients</li><li>Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches</li><li>Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies</li><li>Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
