Job Title: PPC / SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
PPC Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Implement remarketing and lead generation strategies.
SEO Responsibilities:
- Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization.
- Conduct website audits and fix SEO issues.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
- Perform keyword research for real estate-related searches.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities.
- Track rankings, traffic, and website performance using SEO tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC and SEO for real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for property projects.
- Understanding of technical SEO and website optimization.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
