We are looking for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist who can help us grow both brands by improving our visibility across Google and driving profitable customer acquisition through paid and organic search.
About the Role
This role combines Google Ads and SEO.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns while also improving our organic search presence through effective SEO strategies.
We're looking for someone who understands how customers search, what drives conversions, and how paid and organic search can work together to drive sustainable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend based on performance.
- Perform A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, offers, and ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for growth.
SEO
- Conduct keyword research and identify organic growth opportunities.
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Work closely with content and development teams to improve SEO performance.
- Develop strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and revenue.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Monitor user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Stay updated on Google Ads, SEO, and search marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Practical SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce brands.
- Experience with Shopify SEO.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Experience with YouTube advertising and remarketing campaigns.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience, demonstrated results, and overall capability.
