BD Executive (Nightshift)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Experience: 1–2 Years
Timing: 8pm - 5am (Nightshift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Present company services/products to prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
  • Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
