HR Executive / HR Officer (Night Shift)

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to PKR 60,000 (depending on experience)

Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing digital marketing company. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in handling employee records, recruitment, and HR operations.
Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and employee performance records.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidential employee data and company records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention activities.
• Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
• Assist management with workforce planning and HR strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience is required.
• Experience in recruitment and employee record management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in the IT, software, or digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
