Job Overview

Mugshei Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Officer to support and manage daily human resource operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee record management, attendance monitoring, HR documentation, and employee coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Maintain employee attendance records, leave management, late-coming reports, and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Draft and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning notices, experience certificates, and other HR correspondence.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring attendance, leave, and employee data are accurately maintained.
  • Monitor employee probation periods and coordinate performance evaluations with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally while promoting positive employee relations.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
  • Generate HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, turnover, and workforce management.
  • Provide administrative support to management and perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee management practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a night-shift environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Professional attitude with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
