Cross-Border Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring a dedicated and professional Female HR Executive for our on-site night shift operations based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative operations within a fast-paced professional BPO environment. The ideal candidate should be career-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining professionalism during evening working hours.

Job Details

• Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Salary Package: PKR 60,000 – 80,000
• Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Core Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and candidate coordination
• Conduct interviews and maintain recruitment pipelines
• Handle attendance records, staff documentation, and internal coordination
• Assist management with workforce organization and daily operations
• Support payroll-related administration and employee record management
• Contribute to the company’s online presence and communication activities when required
• Maintain a professional and disciplined workplace environment

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or BPO environments preferred
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Professional attitude with confident interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work under pressure
• Familiarity with office systems, digital communication, and organizational tools
• Reliable attendance and long-term commitment are essential
• Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts
