CSR (Custom Packaging Industry)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our Custom Boxes and Packaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers.
• Understand client requirements for custom packaging (box styles, materials, printing, finishes, etc.).
• Prepare and send quotations based on customer specifications.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1+ years of experience in sales , preferably in custom packaging or printing industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, box styles, and printing methods is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
