CSR ( Customer Sales Representative )

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers by cold calling.
• Customer Analysis: Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to address them.
• Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the specific product or services offered and communicate effectively.
• Empathy and Negotiation: Promoting company services in a persuasive and professional manner
• Rapport Building: Addressing customer concerns and answering questions effectively
• Sales Targets: Achieving KPI's set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
