Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and assist with client services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Sales experience is a plus, as well as knowledge of client services.
- Strong analysis skills to identify trends and improve processes.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
