CSR - Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and assist with client services.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Sales experience is a plus, as well as knowledge of client services.
  • Strong analysis skills to identify trends and improve processes.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
