Responsibilities included for Customer Service Representative Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide service information, assist with troubleshooting, and offer solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Stay knowledgeable about our services, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service procedures.
- Uphold our company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative with at least 3 years of experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
