CSR - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join the team.The ideal candidate will have very good English, both written and verbal. They must be able to communicate clearly and appropriately. The goal for the customer service is to always be on top of emails and all customer enquiries. There should never be outstanding emails without reason.

• Job Description:
• Handle customer tickets promptly and professionally following the values of the business through emails.
• Know and understand good English. With the ability to show this on text
• Critically think on how to deal with situations to always ‘save’ the customer.
• Report any emerging patterns in customer complaints to the manager who will then feed this back to us in the UK.
• Have a mindset ‘always strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance the overall satisfaction.’
• Ability to meet daily email targets while maintaining quality and accuracy in responses.
• Keep the number of emails monitored and low for all enquires, aim to respond within 12 working hours of an email coming it .
• Requirements:
• Experience on the shopify platform.
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience dealing with customer emails.
• Excel and use of ChatGpt
