PlanLab Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via chat, email, and phone.
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon 12/1 pm to 9 hours onward (9 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Email Queries, Live Chat and Calls with international clients
- Proficiency in computer operations and using MS Office and Excel
- No sales, targets, or commission-based work
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause of the problem, providing the appropriate solution, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support to customers.
- Keeping abreast of product and industry developments to provide the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to empathize with customers.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on one's feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken English
- Availability for Afternoon shifts
- At least a High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial to have.
- Comfortable working with computers and various software applications.
- Experience in a call centre or in providing customer support via chat or email is a plus.
