PlanLab Solutions is seeking long-term, highly motivated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our international clients across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone. Excellent English communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required, while prior experience with CRM tools (such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Tidio, or similar) will be considered a strong advantage.
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift Timing: Afternoon (12:00/1:00 PM onwards – 9 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Handle email queries, live chat, and phone calls with international clients in fluent/native English.
- Deliver accurate product information, troubleshooting guidance, and technical support with a solution-oriented approach.
- Take ownership of customer issues by identifying root causes, providing effective solutions, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation with strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Stay proactive in learning about product and industry updates to improve service quality continuously.
- Collaborate effectively within the team while demonstrating the ability to work independently, take responsibility, and self-manage tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening English communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and solve their issues.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and handle challenges.
- Proficiency in computer operations, MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM software (such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Tidio, or similar), and ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, stay organized, and remain proactive and responsible for assigned tasks.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- This role involves no sales, no targets, and no commission-based work.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken, written, and listening English.
- Available for the afternoon shift (12:00/1:00 PM onwards – 9 hours).
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; higher education is a plus.
- Prior experience in a call center or providing chat/email support is required and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with computers, knowledgeable in software applications, and confident in general computer usage.
