CSR - Customer Support Representative-INTERMEDIATE & FRESH GRADUATES

Hiring for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirments:

· Fluent English is required only.

· Hardworking & punctual.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
