Tucson Plumbing & Heating has been in business since 1952. We are looking for an individual to join our company who is a self-starter, fast learner, with a positive professional attitude. This happy and positive person will be answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments through Service Titan. There is NO cold calling for sales involved. You must be able to multitask, talk and answer plumbing questions with customers. Follow up with customers and plumbers on current work or work to be rescheduled. Administrative work, assisting and backing up the Office Manager with payroll documents, accounts receivable and monthly reporting using Microsoft office software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). This is a full-time position M-F 7:00am-3:30pm.
