Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to manage customer interactions, generate sales, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and queries
- Provide complete information about company services and offerings
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/system
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer handling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in training/education sector (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
