Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, and chat.
-Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
-Team Collaboration: Work with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

Salary ranges from: 80,000 -120,000 PKR
