CSR (Fresh)

We are hiring Fresh Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing digital marketing call center team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and enthusiasm to work in a professional sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to assist customers professionally
• Provide accurate information about company services (SEO, GMB, Digital Marketing)
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow call scripts and achieve daily or weekly performance targets
• Record customer information accurately in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales and support team to ensure smooth client handling

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
