Position: CSR – HDR Campaign

We are hiring experienced and driven individuals for our Home Improvement campaign. As a CSR , you will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls with potential customers
• Present home improvement solutions effectively
• Close sales and meet assigned targets
• Build customer trust and long-term relationships
• Update CRM with accurate sales data

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO (UK campaign preferred)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good spoken English

• Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
