IBSTEC is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our UK-based healthcare recruitment team.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and confidence in engaging both clients and candidates—especially through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional cold calls to potential healthcare candidates and clients across the UK.
- Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals including nurses, caregivers, HCAs, and support staff.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with NHS and private healthcare clients.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate compliance documentation, and follow up on onboarding processes.
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date candidate and client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with UK healthcare recruitment standards.
- Support recruiters by pre-qualifying candidates and ensuring all UK healthcare regulatory requirements (DBS, right-to-work, training certifications) are met.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare workers and stakeholders to ensure repeat placements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or recruitment (preferably within UK healthcare recruitment processes).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong understanding of UK healthcare terminology, job roles, and compliance requirements (NMC, DBS, mandatory training, etc.).
- Ability to work during UK hours.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage high volumes of calls.
- Ability to handle candidate queries, concerns, and onboarding issues with patience and professionalism.
