CSR (Inbound) – International Call Center

IBSTEC is hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative for our inbound call center operations. This role is ideal for candidates with international call center experience who have strong communication skills and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Update customer records and call details in the system
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Work effectively in rotational shifts

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and team player
