Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services

- Work effectively in rotational shifts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
- Positive attitude, punctual, and team player
