We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with experience handling both inbound and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, lead generation, sales support, or customer retention campaigns.
- Promote company products or services to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain call quality and achieve campaign targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSR, Call Center Agent, or similar role.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to meet KPIs and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
