Role Summary

As a CSR Intern, you will support the CSR team and Founder’s Office in planning, implementing, and monitoring Schbang’s CSR initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to on-ground social impact projects and corporate social responsibility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of CSR projects across education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, and community development.
• Assist in due diligence, partner coordination, and documentation with NGOs/implementing agencies.
• Maintain CSR project data, reports, budgets, and impact metrics.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Support design and execution of outreach, volunteer, and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, communications) to highlight CSR initiatives.
• Participate in field visits to Schbang’s CSR project sites as required.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing or completed BMS/BBA/MBA/PGDM or degree in Social Work/Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about social development.
• Comfortable with on-ground work and project-site visits.
