We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (Women Preferred) to manage our international client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, capable of handling diverse client needs and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide assistance and support to international clients, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Educate clients on products and services, guiding them toward suitable solutions.

Monitor and follow up on customer feedback and complaints for resolution.

Uphold company standards in all customer service operations.
Requirements:

Proven customer service experience, preferably with international clientele.

Qualifications:
