CSR & Loan Collector

Job description

Parra Loan Company is searching for a reliable and qualified Customer Service Representative and Loan Collector who will report to the collections management team. Debt collectors are responsible for identifying and tracking outstanding customer debt. As part of our collections team, the debt collector will be responsible for contacting debtors, organizing payment plans, outdoor collecting, maintaining paper trails, and planning courses of action to recover outstanding debts.

Objectives of this role

• Identify, track, manage, and investigate delinquent customer accounts
• Work closely with customers to negotiate payment arrangements
• Guiding customers through the repayment process
• Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
• Use databases to monitor and update outstanding accounts
• Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases
• Outdoor Collections

Requirements

• Must have own transportation with a valid divers license and car insurance.
• Must be bilingual
• Experience as a debt collector
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour + Allowance

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
