CSR (Night Shift)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will interact with customers, introduce our services, and convert leads into successful sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
• Provide accurate information about client products and services
• Document customer interactions in the system

Requirements

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
