We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative (Telesales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting company products/services, generating sales leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.
- Maintain comprehensive records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
