We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative (Telesales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting company products/services, generating sales leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Follow up with customers for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in telesales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
