The Construction Safety Research Alliance (CSRA) welcomes applications for an Administrative Assistant! This full-time position provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficient execution of financial processes, membership engagement support, internal coordination, university liaison activities, research team and board meeting logistics, recordkeeping, data management, and the annual CSRA Safety Summit. The Administrative Assistant III implements processes, manages logistics, coordinates communications, and supports day-to-day administrative operations that advance the CSRA’s mission and enhance its engagement with industry and university partners. This position is based on the University of Colorado Boulder campus and requires in-person work. A hybrid arrangement may be considered in the future.
The Construction Safety Research Alliance (CSRA) is the largest industry-funded academic-led construction safety research collaboration in North America. Membership currently comprises over 100 donating Research Member and Member companies with a combined workforce of over 1 million direct employees and total turnover of over $9 trillion. The vision of the CSRA is to eliminate serious incidents and fatalities in the construction industry through transformative research and defensible science. The CSRA supports approximately 6 research teams, each with approximately 30 industry professionals (drawn from the Research Membership companies) and 3 to 4 academic researchers. This participatory research model integrates the domain expertise of the industry with the scientific expertise of the CU academic team. Research findings are presented at an annual Safety Summit and disseminated through diverse publications including academic peer-reviewed journals and industry trade magazines. The CSRA is an internationally recognized and renowned construction safety research organization.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work modality, consistent with the College of Engineering and Applied Science Hybrid Work Policy, but due to the nature of the work being performed, it is expected that the work will be performed primarily on-campus. We anticipate this being fully on-campus during the initial couple of months of training. We plan to discuss this further during the interview process.
The starting salary range for this position is $51,000-$56,000 annually. Relocation assistance is available within department guidelines.
